aggleRock kittens are taught from an early age that
nail trimming is part of a routine. They are also taught to use the
scratching posts that we have in our cattery. We do have a strict NO DECLAW clause in our kitten contract when purchasing your new kitten
from us. (For more information about declawing your cat, please visit
the following websites:
CFA, PETA, and
DECLAW.com. *As a note, if you intend to show your kitten or cat
in any association's cat shows, your kitten or cat can not be
declawed.
e recommend that you continue the routine of clipping your kittens
nails and supply him or her with a fair sized scratching post with
sisal on it for its new home. The scratching post should be tall and
sturdy and allow the Ragdoll to stretch its full body length, even at
adulthood.
urchasing a scratching post will most likely prevent your
furniture and other household items from becoming your cats new fancy.
